Patent is a type of intellectual property that gives its owner the legal right to exclude others from making, using, or selling an invention for a limited period of years. This gives patent owner the right to recover damages in a lawsuit against an infringe. For this section, a patent check on various patents (Journal based) was conducted, in which a comparison with the patents regarding this product and production process was done. As can be seen in the table below, our work has no issues to be established as no novelty was discovered.
